So before I left I weight 228, when I came back I was actually down to 222.
Apparently I burn a lot of calories in the desert, I'm also pretty active out there just tryin' to survive. While I did have some beer and spirits, I continued to stay away from grains, starches, etc.. Sticking to meat, vegtables, fruits, nuts, natural sweeteners and cheese (although not much cheese). So it was a good week if a bit untracked.
