Chicken thighes, asparagus, riced cauliflower, eggplant w/ peas, and roasted tomatoes [Baingan Bharta].

Back on Tracking!

So I got off track for oh so many reasons, but a tweet from Goddess Darla saying I need to join her in tracking and I am so happy to follow her amazing lead.

So I weighted myself this morning 245.6  at my lowest I was 230 which is my first goal, but ultimately I'd like to get down to 215 and under 10% fat.

Some mixed nuts (Brazil nuts, pecans, almonds, cashews)

Salad - Turkey, Cheese, carrots, lettuce, olives, avocado, bacon, tomatos, chipotle ranch.

Ground beef patty, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, pickles

Cheese and cucumbers

Workout: Poi Class 1 hr.
